The CSTL 1 is responsible for professional, positive interface with customers while assisting senior technicians and engineers. The CSTL 1 works independantly on smaller projects. The CSTL 1 also works with the senior engineers’ on the initial and ending stages of a larger project that can utilize the CSTL 1 skillset. The tasks assigned to the CSTL 1 include entry level assignments, of which the CSTL 1 is expected to learn the procedures involved with the assignment with a focus towards independance.

Duties:

- Complete responsibility for daily, weekly and monthly tasks
- Willingness to take and accept responsibility
- Take ownership of Client’s first impression

- Track time billed to clients and in-house projects, report time weekly
- Attendance and participation in staff meetings and events

- Undertake "first level maintenance"
- Take ownership of Affant’s appearance and organization by maintaining a very high level of general housekeeping in technical area and
good order in inventory room
- Project prep to include labeling, cabling, benching hardware testing for initial pass/fail and initial guided configs
- Maintain customers networks to include update client config files, spreadsheets, testing remote access (dial in)
- Handle all RMA’s
- Establish email filing/reading/deleting process
- Travel to client locations and follow instructions, exhibiting professionalism and a cool head at all times
- Process shipments including accurate checkout of hardware
